| Side Effects | Drowsiness; psychomotor impairment; anti-muscarinic effects (e.g. urinary retention; dry mouth; GI disturbances; blurred vision); allergic reactions; epileptic form seizure in patients with cerebral cortex focal lesion; muscle weakness; tachycardia. |
| Dosage | Pruritus:25mg nocte (increased up to 25mg TID if necessary). Children: 0.5- 6yrs:5-15mg(up to 50mg daily), over 6 yrs:15-25mg (up to 50-100mg daily). Anxiety (adults):50-100mg QID daily. |
